The indoor thermal pool is open daily from 07:30 to 19:30.

The pool contains de-radonised Gastein thermal water and features a counter-current system.

The water temperature is around 30 °C in summer and approximately 31–32 °C in winter.

The outdoor pools are open from 07:30 to 19:30 in summer and from 14:00 to 19:30 in winter. The water temperature is approximately 33–34 °C. Various massage jets provide additional relaxation.

Summer All saunas are open daily from 11:00 to 19:30.

Winter All saunas are open daily from 15:30 to 19:30. The infrared sauna is available from 11:00.

The sauna area can be accessed via the swimming pool. Please bring your key card as well as bath and sauna towels from your room.

The regular sauna area is intended for guests aged 14 and over.

Family sauna: On Sundays and Thursdays, children under the age of 14 may also use all saunas when accompanied by an adult.

The steam bath is part of our sauna world. In summer, the sauna opening hours are 11:00–19:30; in winter, 15:30–19:30.

You can access the area via the swimming pool. Please bring your key card as well as bath and sauna towels from your room.

Our hotel grounds feature 5 outdoor tennis courts in summer and 2 indoor tennis courts, all with clay surfaces.

Please only use suitable clay-court tennis shoes and put them on and take them off directly at the court. Please do not walk through the hotel in tennis shoes.

Use of the outdoor courts is included in summer. The indoor courts can be booked for a fee in winter.

Our outdoor area includes a beach volleyball court which guests can use free of charge during the summer season.

Our hotel shuttle takes you free of charge Sunday to Friday to the Schlossalmbahn in around 8 minutes.

The current continuous shuttle service operates between 09:15 and 11:00 and between 14:00 and 16:30.

Dogs are welcome throughout the day in the hotel lobby, Kaminstüberl lounge, on the bar terrace and on both outdoor terraces.

Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are unfortunately not permitted in the restaurant. From 20:30, they may accompany you to the bar.

No problem. For the additional cleaning required, we charge €9 per set of bed linen – duvet cover and sheet.

Lovely walking routes can be found along the Gasteiner Ache or in the direction of Remsach.

The grass around the meadow by the hotel car park is not a designated dog area. Thank you for your understanding.

Dog waste bags are available at the hotel. The nearest public dispenser is approximately 5 minutes’ walk away on the promenade.

Our housekeeping team provides special towels for wet or dirty dog paws. Please use these rather than the fresh bathroom towels.

Your dog may stay alone in the room for a limited time provided it remains calm and does not disturb other guests.
