Which equipment is available in the fitness area?
The bright fitness area covers approximately 110 m² and provides equipment for cardio, strength and functional training.
Facilities include:
- a treadmill, exercise bikes and a stepper
- strength-training machines for different muscle groups
- free weights and dumbbells
- a training bench and exercise mats
- gym balls and smaller training equipment
- areas for stretching and functional exercise
The fitness room is therefore suitable for both a short holiday workout and a more extensive strength or endurance session.
When is the fitness area open?
The fitness area is open to hotel guests 24 hours a day. Free weights, strength-training equipment and the non-electric training areas can therefore be used at any time.
The electric cardio machines – exercise bikes, treadmill and stepper – are switched on daily from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask that training is kept quiet during the early morning and late evening hours.
From what age can guests use the fitness area?
The fitness area is generally intended for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over.
Younger guests may only use the area after consultation and under the direct supervision of an adult. Age-appropriate resistance and correct technique are particularly important when using strength machines and free weights.
Use of the fitness area is at the guest's own risk. Medical advice should be obtained before training in the event of health restrictions or uncertainty.
Are fitness and exercise classes available?
Yes. The changing weekly programme regularly includes guided fitness, exercise and relaxation sessions.
Depending on the season and programme, these may include:
- yoga and gentle mobilisation
- Pilates elements
- fascia training and stretching
- aqua fitness
- back and full-body exercise
- breathing and relaxation sessions
The current weekly programme provides the exact times, meeting points and registration information.
Is use of the fitness area included in the stay?
Yes. Use of the fitness area is included in the room rate for overnight hotel guests.
Many guided fitness and exercise sessions in the weekly programme can also be attended without an additional charge.
Where a special class, external instructor or individual service involves an additional fee, this is clearly stated with the relevant programme activity.
