General Terms and Conditions and Booking Policies
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) apply, modified as follows:
- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations made between 29 days and 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 0 and 6 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
In the event of late cancellation, delayed arrival, no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. We kindly ask guests to check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Earlier arrivals and later departures are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
For safety, weather-related, technical or organisational reasons, certain hotel areas, leisure facilities or wellness areas may be temporarily restricted or closed. No compensation claims may arise from such restrictions.
Guests are kindly requested to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances prior to arrival. Despite the greatest possible care, complete freedom from traces of allergens cannot be guaranteed.
The hotel reserves the right to exclude guests from further stay in cases of serious violations of the house rules, disrespectful behaviour or endangerment of other guests or staff members. In such cases, no entitlement to a refund shall apply.
We kindly ask all guests, particularly during the evening and night hours from 10:00 pm onwards, to show consideration for other guests and avoid unnecessary noise.
All sports, fitness and leisure facilities are used at the guest’s own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Vehicles parked on the hotel premises are left at the owner’s risk. The hotel accepts no liability for damage, theft or vandalism.
The entire hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain areas may be temporarily closed or restricted at short notice.
Photographs or video recordings may occasionally be taken in public areas of the hotel for marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in such material are kindly requested to inform reception.

Pool Regulations
To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant and safe stay in our pool areas, we kindly ask you to observe the following pool regulations:
General Information
1. Opening Hours
- Indoor Pool: 07:30 am – 07:30 pm
- Plauder Pool: 02:00 pm – 07:30 pm
- Classic Pool: 02:00 pm – 07:30 pm
- Access is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
- Children under the age of 12 may only use the pools when accompanied by an adult.
- Use of the pools is at your own risk. No lifeguard supervision is provided.
- Animals are not permitted in the pool areas.
- Children and non-swimmers: Non-swimmers may only use the pools with appropriate swimming aids and under constant supervision.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the pools.
- Persons suffering from contagious illnesses or open wounds are not permitted to enter the pool areas.
- Please shower before entering the pools.
1. SafetyÂ
- Running, diving, jumping into the pools and other dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Glass bottles and other breakable objects must not be brought into the pool areas.
- Slip hazard: Pool areas may be wet and slippery. Please take care when walking.
- Please avoid loud music or excessive noise in order not to disturb other guests.
- Reserving sun loungers with towels or personal belongings is not permitted.
- Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas.
- Babies and toddlers must wear suitable swim nappies.
- The pools may only be used while wearing appropriate swimwear.
- Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and help keep the pool areas clean.
Liability
The hotel accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or the loss of personal belongings in the pool areas.
Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for their children.

Sauna Regulations
To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant, safe and relaxing stay in our sauna and wellness area, we kindly ask you to observe the following sauna regulations:
General Information
1. Opening Hours
- Please refer to the notices displayed or enquire at reception for current opening hours.
- Access to the sauna and relaxation area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
- Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the sauna and relaxation area. Exceptions apply during our family sauna hours:
- Sunday: 01:30 pm – 04:30 pm
- Thursday: 01:30 pm – 04:30 pm
- Young people under the age of 16 may only use the sauna when accompanied by an adult.
- Use of the sauna and wellness area is at your own risk. No supervision is provided.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the facilities.
- Animals are not permitted.
- Persons suffering from contagious illnesses, open wounds or medical conditions that may be aggravated by sauna use are not permitted to use the facilities.
- Guests with cardiovascular conditions, pregnant guests or anyone with health concerns are advised to seek medical advice before using the sauna facilities.
- Please shower thoroughly before each sauna session.
1. HygieneÂ
- The sauna may only be used with a sufficiently large towel.
- Please place a towel underneath your entire body to prevent perspiration from coming into contact with the wood.
- The sauna may only be used without swimwear, except for children during family sauna hours.
- Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas.
- Fresh fruit and Gastein spring water are available in the relaxation areas.
- Please help keep the entire wellness area clean and dispose of waste in the designated bins.
- The sauna and wellness area is intended for peace and relaxation. We kindly ask guests to behave quietly and show consideration for others.
- Loud conversations, phone calls or music should be avoided.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices should only be used on silent mode.
- Reserving loungers with towels or personal belongings is not permitted.
- We kindly ask for complete silence particularly in our “Energy Room” and “Refugium” relaxation areas.
- Floors in the sauna and wellness area may be wet and slippery. Please take care when walking.
- Running, jumping or other dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Glass bottles and breakable objects must not be brought into the wellness area.
- In the event of an emergency, please inform reception or a member of staff immediately. Red emergency buttons are available.
The hotel accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or the loss of personal belongings in the sauna and wellness area. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for their children.
