We had the pleasure of spending a week at the beautiful Sonngastein children’s hotel and were completely satisfied with our stay.
The large indoor play hall is a dream come true for children, with plenty for both younger and older guests to enjoy. We were especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff in every area. Whether in service, housekeeping or at reception, we were warmly welcomed everywhere. The heart shaped from the duvet on our bed was also a particularly thoughtful gesture. ❤️
We were treated to wonderful food every evening. A huge compliment to the chef, who definitely deserves five stars from us. We would also like to mention the coffee machine, which was available around the clock: the coffee was genuinely delicious!
We also have especially fond memories of the junior host. It is rare to meet someone with such a warm and cheerful personality, and he made our stay even more special.
