Information regarding dogs in the hotel

Your dog is welcome here

Your four-legged friend is more than welcome to accompany you. We charge € 29 per day. If desired, we can also provide dog food – just let us know in advance.

Restaurant & Bar

Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the restaurant. However, they are welcome to join you in the bar from 8.30 p.m. onwards. Throughout the day, they are welcome in the hotel lobby, the cozy Kaminstüberl lounge, as well as on the bar terrace and both outdoor terraces.

Your dog’s sleeping habits

Does your dog sleep in bed or like to lie on your duvet? No problem – we just kindly ask for your understanding that we charge € 9 per bed set (duvet cover/sheet) for additional cleaning.

After a walk

Please use the specially provided "old" towels from our housekeeping for wet paws and dirty fur – not the fresh bath towels.

Walking your dog – the right way

Please walk your dog along the Gasteiner Ache or toward Remsach. The grassy area around the pasture near the hotel parking lot is not a dog toilet – thank you for your understanding. We are happy to provide dog waste bags (“Sackerl”). Our reception team will gladly show you where to find them on our premises. Public dispensers are also available. There is one nearby too – just a 5-minute walk along the promenade by the Ache.

Consideration for other guests

If your dog stays alone in the room, please make sure they remain calm so that other guests are not disturbed.
