We have a very special experience for you in winter: Our natural ice skating rink with its large skating area of 1500 square meters, directly in front of the hotel. Lying in a quiet spot, during the day you can skate your rounds and take in the unforgettably impressive Gastein Mountain world scenery.

Floodlight at night

In the evenings the area is floodlit until 21.00 hours, and then it can get sporty: As part of our weekly programme we arrange a once or twice weekly ice hockey match for our guests!

Free ice-skate hire

We have around 100 pairs of ice skating shoes in every conceivable size and naturally free of charge for use by our guests. And for security we also have helmets in all sizes!

Because it is a natural ice surface, it is dependent on the weather and is usually open until the beginning of March.
